There is a smaller firm coming to my CCN OCI. Their entire practice is in the area I am interested in, and can demonstrate through work experience. My grades are middling.
I'd like to learn more about the firm and convey my interest. Is it weird or discouraged to email an associate who is an alum of my school right now? Should I just wait for OCI?

This is not weird, it's encouraged. You should definitely reach out to associates at firms you are interested in before OCI.Nantucket1 wrote:There is a smaller firm coming to my CCN OCI.
