Not signing on. If it's a good GPA, it's fine to highlight it outside of resume (e.g., in a cover letter or email). But putting it in the subject line would look tacky/unprofessional.

No dude they can read the resume. It will be one of the first things they look at anyway.

Whatever. Most people don't even read the cover letter. But if you get a recruiter/attorney who actually reads it first, it doesn't hurt to have a couple sentences that highlight your strengths. I'm not sure what the point is of the ONLY IN RESUME rule.
