I'd move STB way up and Weil and Jones Day way down (the former eats associates and the latter doesn't do well with bonuses). Not sure about PW or Fried Frank's transactional work but I'd bump them up because you have a decent shot at getting them.
O'Melveny has been getting their ass handed to them via partner defections in the past couple years - I can think of at least 2-3 firms that have taken sizeable bites out of them. Probably won't disappear overnight but if any Biglaw firm is in trouble in that group it's them.

As with OMM, I would also lower Pillsbury or just get rid of them. Their NYC and London offices just got raided by Winston and Strawn
