I've been getting a tidal wave of generic rejections. One firm just asked me to complete their EEOC form, post-interview. All of the firms that have rejected me so far didn't bother to have me fill out their EEOC form.

Does this mean I'm still alive at that firm, or do some firms do that for everyone, even people they've already pocket rejected?

Not that I know of. They're one of the non-DC offices a few people upstream have asked "has anyone heard from ___"
