Is it a bad sign that attorneys ignore ur thank you notes after cbs?... Not that I expect them to reply, but still, you would think that they wouldn't totally ignore someone who they plan on extending an offer to?

I've had it both ways - attorneys who replied but no offer, and attorneys who didn't reply but offered, so I wouldn't worry about it too much.

Based on my experience of getting one offer so far, I would say that it is no indication. They are probably feeling warmer about you if they do reply BUT the firm that gave me an offer did not respond to my thank you.

I think thank you notes are a giant flame. I personally did not send any because as others alluded to, it doesn't really change the interviwers' minds.
