We get our preliminary schedule on July 17th, although you have to fill out the summer employment evaluation first.

Edit: Also, the deadline for interview cancellation and waitlist opt-in was pushed back until August 5, in case anyone didn't see the email.

PSA - Schedules aren't up yet, but you can see how many interview spots employers have left now that the lottery has been run.

Waitlist Review Jul 17, 2:00 pm to Aug 05, 11:59 pm
Cancellations Jul 17, 1:00 pm to Aug 05, 11:59 pm

Sooo...I'm guessing our schedules will come out at 1 or 2?

Got 27 interviews total (!!) but missed a lot of the large NY offices.

Does anyone know what Skadden and Clifford Chance cleared at?

Although I guess it's down for maintenance right now so maybe we'll be seeing some changes.

If you opt into a WL and you get it, will the system automatically drop whatever interview you had in that timeslot? I know we have to take the WL interviews we get but I'm not sure about the timing issue.

For some reason I was thinking that we could only get a WL interview if a spot opened up on the employer's schedule that matched one of our free spots - like if someone else dropped that interview. I don't think that the system will remove you from another interview (even if you bid it lower) to get you into a WLed one. But honestly I'm not 100% sure, I'm going to see if I can find the official OCS answer for this somewhere online!

Does anyone know when this maintenance is supposed to be over?

I just checked the handbook and you're correct. Thanks!

I missed Sidley Austin at 4 and Clifford Chance at 15. UGH. Also missed Hughes Hubbard at 23, Kramer at 25 and Orrik at 27. Anyone know when those cleared?

In all I got 23 interviews.

So what do we do to be considered for the wait list? Just press opt-in? (Why wouldn't we just wait list ourselves to every firm we missed?)

I missed clifford chance at 16, we were so close yet so far. Haha
I only know DC for Hughes Hubbard (25)/Sidley (14) and SF for Orrick (32), sorry! I missed Sidley and Hughes Hubbard for NY.

24 interviews, which is a little lower than I was expecting considering how hard I gamed the system, but got 17/20, and pretty sure #18 I conflicted out of rather than underbid, so all in all very happy!

For those asking, got Sidley at 2, Skadden at 4.

Missed Paul Hastings at 5 and Morgan Lewis at 20- anyone know where that cleared?

- the aforementioned honeybadger (PS people should reference their handles/info from earlier this thread so we/future generations can get an idea of where you bid stuff you did get)

Whoooooaaaa - I now have 25 interviews instead of 24. It definitely said 24 before the site went down a little while ago. Can't figure out which one is new though.

Anyone else have this happen? Different # of interviews, higher or lower, than before the site went down? Not complaining but.....

Do people usually get more interviews from the wait list?

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
