At what point is this acceptable? Silence from a lot of firms from last week.Maybe:
Send follow up emails/emails of continued interest to the recruiting coordinators at firms you interviewed with last week that did not ding you.

Talked to Career Services today, apparently silence can mean two things, (1) you're on the waitlist, or (2) it's a firm that waits until their callbacks have begun or even ended before they ding everyone at once.

But I'll caveat that by saying if you've already done the callback, the HR person probably has zero input one way or the other on your offer at that stage in the game, so there might not be any downside.
