Got a cb last night for a firm I didn't bid for. I'd chatted with their recruiter a few times and gave her an updated resume at SEMJF.

I'm still 0 for 4. Dallas/Houston market. No CB's, no "official" dings received.

I thought I did well at 2 screeners, not so well on the other 2. Oh well, good thing I'm not holding my breathe.

Question for the poster who received an offer:

What was the callback like? Was it a series of SEMJF style interviews or was it more formal, legal questions?

My SEMJF interviews seemed much more relaxed than my career center told me they would be. They were actually fun and talked very little about the firm, and more about personal fun things like fishing and traveling. I'm wondering if I should prepare differently for the callback.

Wow! You Atlanta guys are hearing back quickly. I hope the FL firms start calling soon. I've been constantly staring at my phone checking email and hoping for a call.
