Biglaw exit options for corp finance? (vs general corp)

Postby AlanShore » Thu May 21, 2015 1:43 pm

Wondering if anyone can comment about exit options for corp finance (representing banks or institutional investors in financings and debtor in possession) vs corporate work that is more general in nature like m&a, private equity work, etc. My concern is that corp finance exit options will be more limited and limited mostly to banks? whereas remaining more of a generalist allows you to go in house to a wide variety of companies?
