So it's been about 8 weeks since I sent in my background check info for USAO internship. Still waiting.
Is there a cause for concern here or should I just chill out? Exams are going to be done within a week or so, and I'd really like to get a start date / get a definitive answer.
Anyone else in the same boat? Know about the process?

If I remember right, they didn't give me an answer unless I asked. If they haven't said anything yet, you're just fine.

My background check wasn't cleared until the fourth day of the first week I started. I was only allowed to read unclassified preparatory material. DOJ was just swamped with stuff, so almost no one in my cohort had theirs done the first day.
