Answers to your questions:

(1) If "S" is Stanford, then it will not be hard at all.

(2) Yes.

(3) Don't know, but I would assume "yes" because of the answer to (2)

(4) It depends on many factors, but, yes, you will likely have opportunities to go in-house as a mid-level associate
