Location for summer clerkship
Was just invited to take a position as a summer clerk, location TBD per my choice. The focus is on corporate law and I am torn between moving somewhere new and different like Las Vegas, California, Asheville, etc, or a more practical/known corporate locale like NYC/Boston/Delaware. Thoughts?

What's not enough? It's a business law clerkship for the summer, there's the option of going anywhere in the continuous 48 states, and I'm asking for location feedback. That's sufficient for most people.CanadianWolf wrote:Not enough info.

Does the pay vary by location? What are the chances of a full-time offer for after the bar? If you got a full time offer would it be in the same location you choose now? Does the location determine the work you're getting (for example, if you are in New York will you be working on the same transactions you would be working on if you were in Boise) or who you'll be working with?Anonymous User wrote:What's not enough?
