Skipping MPRE?
Are there any consequences to skipping the MPRE and taking it at a later date?

That depends on whether you planned on getting sworn in

assuming you're not a February bar taker, then no. I skipped it the 1st time around.

If you are asking bc you think you're unprepared, the consequence is that you're going to waste way too much time studying in the future.
