Corporations and Firm Representation

Postby walkingpanda » Wed Jan 14, 2015 7:39 pm

Does anyone have a full version of "Who Represents Corporate America" by Corporate Counsel or ALM.

I am looking for the whole thing in just one PDF file. The Corp Counsel site gives a weird chart thing that's hard to navigate and ALM charges way too much for one document.

If anyone has access to these, please PM me. Here are the links. ... 0014181129 ... FgIaD+grg=

If it's a big company, they are going to use a ton of different law firms, all varying on the size and type of the matter. I heard one GC say that for his company, they have about 18 different matters going on and are using about 10 different firms for those. For an important deal, they use X. But for regular litigation, they use Y. But for really really big litigation, they use W.

Also, this is often fluid and can change over time. What is the context for which you ask the question? Maybe we can help you get to whatever you're looking for in a different way.
