They really should call this the PD fair. All the other employers were really hesitant on providing 3L offers w/o independent funding.

I didn't interview at EJW and my first interview was a skype panel. So I guess that's their first official round?

Yeah, interviewed EJW -> Skype 2nd round ~month ago -> offer today.
