They're second round interviews, this time with the specific office you would be placed in if they hired you. I sent a follow-up in the weeks after when the offers were supposed to be sent out, and was told they were still considering candidates and would here back as soon as possible. Recently got a rejection email from the USPS Honors Program. It didn't specify which location (I applied to three), so I'm assuming it was a blanket rejection. Ironic that the rejections wasn't sent through regular mail.
