Not flame. A partner continually expressed her interest in me and I repeatedly declined. After I brought it up, they reassigned me and towards the end of my SA, they had me sign a severance-type agreement with a confidentiality provisions, etc.

This thread is also interesting. It also seems, based on the posts above, that ID work has some limitations based on the rates insurance companies are willing to pay. Aside from switching to plaintiffs work, are there ways to transition from ID practices to non-ID?

Also curious about the question posted above. What does pay look like for ID work after a year or 2?
