Best NY/DC Firms for Office of Tax Policy at Treasury

I want to work in a great tax firm, obviously, but was wondering if there were certain firms/offices that gave you a better shot at doing a stint in the OTP. I heard Paul Weiss NY was one but that may have been dated information. Any thoughts?
