What is the general pay structure for summer associates working in big law and/or in house?
Edit: I'm a 0L attending a T-14 next year (leaning Uchicago). Just curious about this.

I don't know how things work for in-house SAs, but biglaw firms pay their SAs the same as first-year associates (pro-rated, of course).

Summers at fims usually get a prorated $160,000

but for uchicago they pay prorated 190K
