Patent Shitigator Complaint Thread w/ networking
Anyone have to do absurdly detailed "pitches" for newly filed patent cases? Why would a client care about this.

Yes. What's worse is when you spend a lot of *non-billable* time on one and your firm actually gets the case and then you don't get staffed on it. It's insane that we don't get billable credit for this. It's not like I writing some retarded biz dev article that nobody reads.
