Hi all,
it happened that I went to US, roaming was active and now the sim card have been charged for 900 eur. The phone I'm using is a company phone.
I didn't know about the high tariff outside Europe but apparently HR sent an email to warn employees.
In the contract I have it's stated I can use the phone till a max of 100 eur / month
"The company provides a company mobile phone to the Employee that he might use also for private purpose. He gets a maximum budget of 100 eur / month to use."
This is the only point mentioned in my contract.
What I want to ask is if the Company I'm working for is now allowed to keep 800 eur from my salary.
Thanks
Mick
