NY Bar Admission - Submit Extra Docs

Postby Anonymous User » Tue Jan 28, 2014 6:10 pm

I have an arrest record and a civil litigation (car accident). For NJ, I submitted all relevant documents with respect to these incidents as requested. However, NY does not request the documents - it just says to be prepared to submit extra documents if requested.

With a prior arrest, I would assume they are going to ask for records anyway. Should I be proactive and submit them with my application? Or just wait ... ?
