2L here, SA position at a "big firm" in a small state capital (>100 attorneys). I'd like to eventually move to a major city though, and was wondering if anyone had views on my chances of finding a job that paid market?
I know that biglaw firms hire from other biglaw firms, so I was wondering how a NY, DC, Philly, DE firm would see me?
Any views would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Interested in this as well. Any chance of going from small market 100+ lawyer firm to a similar setup in a bigger market?

Also interested. Will be working at a 400+ attorney firm at a satellite office of around 20.
