I feel so conflicted between being hopeful for having no rejection and downtrodden for having no offer.

I think those that have not heard yet should be hearing in the next week (possibly two) depending on how many offers are accepted.

The email wasn't sent to everyone with an offer. It was sent to everyone who accepted their offer, so in reality there could be a few more people than were included in that email.

depends on what office. the main recruiters in each office are also recruiters for the 1L program so i imagine just send it to whoever is listed as the recruiter on NALP for the specific office you applied for. this is what i did.
