I received all of mine within three weeks of sending it in. One firm miraculously got it to me in two days.

I just got one after over two months. I think sometimes firms just take a while.

You can follow up with an "is there any additional paperwork I need to fill out" email. A friendly nudge/hey, I am still waiting email
