Anyone heard of this firm? I came across them in my mass-mailing research, and I can't figure them out.
They're not a boutique (over 110 lawyers, full-service firm)
They seem to have a good reputation, and are based in NY (Chambers ranked in a variety of practice areas, ATL refers to them as well-regarded, and all of their laterals seem to have come from the V10 or V20)
They look like they hire law students (they have a summer associate program and have recent graduates as associates)
But I can't find a single thing about them on all of TLS (besides being on someones OCI bid list), no one I have asked (law students, lawyers) has ever heard of them, and they aren't on Vault or NALP.
What is with this phantom firm? Anyone have any insight?
