No reply to follow-up email = Ding?
My callback from 3 weeks ago told me they'd get back to me in a week. I sent a follow-up email last Friday, but haven't gotten a response. At this point, I'd rather have an official ding than silence. Has anyone ever gotten an offer at this point of the process after 3 weeks of silence?

There's really no way to tell. Focus on something else- you can't control how this will turn out.

You should call not email, emails are too easy to ignore.
