Delaware Bonuses and Pay?

Does anyone know if the big 4 in Wilmington have lockstep compensation and what a ballpark figure would be for bonuses?

I'm not sure which are the big firms in DE, but if the info is public check: vault, chambers & associate, infirmation and LateralLink. I've found salary info that I needed on one of those few places a bunch of times in the past.

RLF pays no bonus at all for the first year AND stub year, aside from a small Christmas bonus. After that, bonuses are very low relative to the Cravath benchmark.
