Jones Day v. Latham (NY) ~ 2013 Edition

Postby Anonymous User » Mon Sep 16, 2013 2:27 pm

This exact poll has happened in recent years, with results ranging from 50/50 to 70/30 in favor of Jones Day.

I'm interested to see if the Latham lore of ITE still affects the poll. Is either a clear winner for litigation? Which would you pick?

So, that seems to be a solid point in favor of JD. Anyone voting Latham care to weigh in?

Jones Day seems more financially stable.
