I've worked with them as co-counsel on some large deals, and they were absolutely delightful. Small but positive sample size, for what it's worth.

As far as reputation, they're not at the top of the list in New York, but they're definitely still a good firm.

How would you rank them on the corporate side wrt to Paul weiss, shearman, white and case, and ropes

All of them fall solidly into the category of "I assume they're a good firm with a good NYC practice, and they're neither amongst the absolute best or the kinda questionable."
