Orange County for Knobbe and Sunnyvale for BSTZ. Also discuss reasons between the two. Thanks!

I voted for Blakely.

Knobbe: Mass exodus of prosecutors over the last few years.
Blakely: One of the best known patent firms. Sunnyvale office has shrunk in size quite a bit over the last 10-15 years though. No or little danger of firm culture being taken over by litigators.

I have several friends at Knobbe that are/were miserable. I know nothing about Blakely (contrary to the above, I had to look them up, honestly; they are not on the radar on the East Coast) but they can't be any worse.

Blakely is usually the largest or second-largest domestic prosecution firm. They've been with Intel since the beginning.

Not sure how it's doing after Taylor (the T in BSTZ) passed away though.

No! It's a sweatshop. I think it's one of the firms that is well-known for having no internet connection at work.

By what measure? Though they're not small, BSTZ isn't even in the top 10 in terms of filings/issuances.
