Clothing Etiquette for out of office reception

Postby Anonymous User » Mon Sep 02, 2013 1:52 am

What are peoples thoughts on appropriate dress for offer receptions outside of the firm's office?

Basically two options:
- Suit up
- Dress Appropriate to the Setting (i.e. bis cas)

I would suit the fuck up and look suave as shit.

Or I would just ask what the attire is. You already got an offer. I am sure the secretary won't give you too much shit if you call.

Suit unless told otherwise (or the event makes other attire obvious).

Yeah just call recruiting. This is the sort of thing they're there for.
