Has anyone received a CB from Epstein Becker & Green? Specifically their DC office?

Yes (DC office).

They are doing three rounds of group callbacks. August 28th, September 19th and September 20th.

Thanks! I now know I didn't get a callback. Good luck to both of you!

Can someone who went to the 8/28 CB speak to how it went? Are their offers rolling or at once?

I haven't heard of anyone receiving offers as of yet.

To the person who hasn't received a CB: There is hope. I was able to move my interview time because someone cancelled their CB. I think EBG is going to receive a lot of cancellations from people who've received offers from firms with Band 1 HC/Life Sciences PGs.

No, they did not mention the number of slots or amount of CBs

Based on the list of attorneys received, I am meeting with 8 attorneys for a two hour CB.

It seems like they are making a concerted for the two remaining group callback dates.

I was supposed to interview on the 12th and am rescheduled to the 19th. I think EBG is trying to see everyone prior to extending offers. I was offered a slot on the 28th but had three callbacks scheduled for that week and didn't have enough time to change my travel plans. I wish I would have interview then...ah well.

When did you interview? Do you have a healthcare background?

I am not sure how many people who work at EBG are ACTUALLY from DC. I've lived in New York for the last eight years.

They are one of my preferred choices. I have seven years of health care experience and think EBG is a great fit. A few 2Ls from my law school are interviewing at EBG. It seems they only took people with some experience in the area and not just people interested in health care/life sciences or labor.

Good luck!

I'm in a similar boat. Interviewed about 3 weeks ago but haven't anything yet regarding a call back. One of my colleagues interviewed on the same day with me and she received a rejection e-mail a week after. I really don't know what this means. I'm guessing it could be a hold after oci status to see how many people they liked at call back, and them e-mail those on the hold list for call-backs if they have spots to fill. I know EGB's summer class is small, so the competition is tight. good luck to all!

Had a callback in NY end of last week for labor and employment. Was told they did 15-20 callbacks for 2 SAs and should know in about 2 weeks

Edit: has anyone on here had their CB yet for the DC office? They had a first round on Aug 28 apparently.

It would be great to hear from someone who did the 8/28 DC callback. I wish I knew who had callbacks at my school.

I was told by the recruiter that they are doing three group callbacks and will extends offers shortly thereafter. I applied to another firm who took the same approach and have yet to extend offers to anyone.

Hang in there folks!

Seems weird that they had 15-20 CBs for 2 spots in NY but only 3 CB dates for 8 spots (at least according to NALP figures) for DC.

It is my understanding that the 3 CB dates will have a number of candidates. I attended group CB yesterday and there were 15 candidates for two spots.

You mean multiple students were in the same room interviewing at the same time? That sounds awful.

No, it was four individual interviews with a group welcome, group q & a with associates and a group reception with attorneys at the firm.

So it's possible that they're gonna have like 15 ppl come in each interview day?

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
