Latham or Paul Weiss for corporate
Hi all, I am interested in doing corporate transactional work and am deciding between these two. Paul Weiss is ranked slightly lower for corporate work and you can say its corporate department is less established than lathams, but it is apparently growing. I know that the two focus mostly on private equity work. I enjoyed speaking with people at both firms so that doesn't really sway my vote either way. What would you guys decide?
