Does anyone doubt we could find fed public defenders if we paid 10 dollars a billed hour? So lets do that.

Perhaps the government will simply create a customized version of a magic 8 ball, with public defender phrases. Everyone accused of a serious crime can be granted 30 minutes with the magic 8 ball prior to their trial, and allowed to hold on to the magic 8 ball for the duration of the trial.

Better plan: end drug prohibition, funnel billions in prison industrial complex savings to FPDs and other critically necessary yet critically underfunded federal programs
