I'm not sure about mock interviews -- perhaps reach out to a patent attorney who is an alumni of one or more of your schools?

The main differences for interviewing at a patent boutique are that they may ask you more technically specific questions about your experience and that they will pretty much always ask you why you want to work at a boutique vs a big firm. intelproplaw.com has some good discussions of the nuances of practice at the different types of firms.
