Thompson, Coe, Cousins & Irons vs. Small Firm

Post by Anonymous User » Tue Aug 20, 2013 12:10 pm

In TX and wondering if anyone is familiar with Thompson Coe! If you had to make a decision between Thompson Coe (billables 1650) and a small firm (billables 1800), exact same salary, small firm generally unheard of - what would you choose?

How is the Thompson Coe reputation and also is it a good work environment with good leadership, work-life balance, personalities, etc.?

Also, why does it pay so little for such a big firm?! I am fine with the number, but when comparing in this market, it is low at $86k...
