Should questions in callback interviews be substantively different than the ones posed in screener interviews?
Any examples or insight as to which questions have received the best results for people would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Best questions to ask in a Callback Interview?
Ask the same questions - just seem very enthused and happy to be there. When I'm writing a review of an interviewee at the end of the night or next day, I rarely remember what s/he said but I do remember if the person was cheerful or dejected and also whether I liked the person. It's hard to dislike a person who is happy, especially if s/he is really happy to be talking to you and to be interviewing at your firm.
