Callback thank you notes?

Should they be done? The Hiring Coordinator at the end of my CB today briefly mentioned if I wanted to send one and gave me all their emails.
What should be on it?

What did you write? Don't want to send the same generic thing to all 4 people that interviewed me.
Similar emails, but with minor variations to reflect the content of individual discussions.

Could hurt. Examples include poor grammar/spelling, sending the same thing to all interviewers, or just generally giving off an unprofessional or arrogant vibe.
