Callback thank you notes?

Post by Anonymous User » Wed Aug 14, 2013 12:00 am

Should they be done? The Hiring Coordinator at the end of my CB today briefly mentioned if I wanted to send one and gave me all their emails.
What should be on it?

I've been sending them. Can't hurt. Might help.

An email was sufficient for my callbacks.

What did you write? Don't want to send the same generic thing to all 4 people that interviewed me.
Similar emails, but with minor variations to reflect the content of individual discussions.

Could hurt. Examples include poor grammar/spelling, sending the same thing to all interviewers, or just generally giving off an unprofessional or arrogant vibe.
