Anyone on here hear from ENRD? My status changed this afternoon, but I haven't received a call or heard anything else...

When did it change and have your recs been contacted?

Woo, OCIJ finalist checking in. Would love to know if that's an offer or not.

Has anyone heard from Civil Rights? Unless I missed something, it doesn't seem that they've posted yet. I'm not expecting to get the position because I haven't heard anything from my references. Regardless, waiting is difficult.

Best of luck to all those in the running, and congrats to those who have received offers for any of the HP positions!

I checked a couple of hours ago and my status had changed to finalist. I'm not sure about my recs - they haven't told me anything about being contacted.

Congrats! Mine didn't change so I guess that means I'm out of the running. Let us know if you get a call! And, would you mind sharing your background, etc.? I'm interested to know what they were looking for.

I accepted a verbal offer less than a week ago, but nothing written yet. I know how you feel.

When I emailed my acceptance email, I kindly asked to get a response confirming my acceptance, and EOIR sent me such an email. If you don't do this, I highly doubt you'll otherwise receive an acknowledgment of your acceptance.

Also, on Avue Central, by the Application Status page, it shows under Status, "Offer Accepted." (Note, though, that I received a funnel offer, so some thing else may show for non-funnels.
I guess this is what worried me. I accepted verbally but my status still says "Finalist." I assume they'll change my status to Offer Accepted soon, though; HR is probably busy doing the offer calls.

FWIW, I have received the E-Quip to start my background check, so my acceptance must've been noted.

Thanks! And sure, I can share a little about my background - although I don't know how helpful it is, as my interest in the ENRD (and my experience) deals more strongly with the Native American law aspect of the ENRD rather than Environmental Law. I go to a top 10 school with decent grades (my school doesn't rank), I worked for a public-interest firm my 1L summer and a small specialized firm my 2L summer.

Same here, I just got that email today (I'm a Crim applicant who accepted a verbal offer a few days ago).

I haven't received the E-Quip yet. Is your offer from EOIR?

First time poster, long time lurker. This is for the CRIM-AFMLS people...I know someone posted on friday that they accepted on the spot. Everything I saw said there was only one spot for AFMLS, but now I know there must be at least two. :)
Anybody else out there? Can someone explain why there was only one spot listed, but more than one offer extended? Since we might just be working together, I'd love to get in touch! :)

When did you hear from AFMLS? I also am a finalist, but gave up hope when I saw on this board that someone accepted on Friday...could there still be hope for me??

It appears that everyone that interviewed for OCIJ was selected as a finalist; does anyone know how many OCIJ finalists were selected? Could it be that everyone interviewed was selected as a finalist?

Sorry-I should have been more clear. I knew on Friday that there must have been more than one offer issued. I'd say never give up hope, though! Being a finalist is a huge honor and anything can happen.

I read on last year's thread that there were three finalists selected per slot-one actual candidate and two alternates. I have no idea if this number is accurate or not though.

If over 200 people were interviewed, given that ratio, it seems like everyone interviewed COULD be a finalist. Of course naming everyone a finalist would make the interview process kind of pointless-so I would think that at least SOME people interviewed were not chosen as finalists.

This is the poster who earlier wrote about accepting an offer from AFMLS. Congratulations on also receiving an offer—I look forward to working together! This is the first that I've heard of there being more than one HP position at AFMLS (with the exception of Deanna's remark about "first-round offer candidates" in the Avue Community forum). But hopefully this bodes well in terms of other finalists also receiving offers.

Congrats to you, too! And agreed on it perhaps boding well for other finalists. I had no idea that there was more than one position until I saw your post on Friday. Sorry it took me a while to reach out!

Another ENRD finalist here, not the same one that posted earlier (or maybe that was you) - but I have not received an offer. I'm also curious (more accurately, dying to know) if anyone else has?

A third finalist here (I'm the one that posted earlier). I haven't received an offer either. I hope we hear something soon...

It appears possible then that ENRD offers haven't gone out yet... if someone knows otherwise, or as soon as one of us gets an offer, a post would be greatly appreciated by the others I'm sure. Good luck!!

I know at least one ENRD offer was made today, which suggests offers may not have gone out before today.

Have any of the finalists who accepted an offer actually received the email log-in info for the SF-86? Just curious...
