No. You have a better shot of it being looked at than if you don't mass mail.

That is obviously true, but I'm just wondering if I would be at a significant disadvantage.

I sent most of mine at the end of July. Some didn't put up apps online until the last few days of July/August first. Just send them out.

It's not too late. Even if you were at a serious disadvantage you'd be stupid not to do it.
