I think I have a ding coming from there. I think its rather funny how selective they are considering the situation they are in. With McConnico being so old, he will be retiring soon. I am sure with his departure, tons of work will be lost.

Anyone heard from the smaller offices that came last week? Like McDermott Will & Emery, Ware Jackson Lee Chambers, Chamberlain Hrdlicka? Others too. And I guess still no word from Gardere (especially Houston)?

Cannot speak with certainty about Houston or 2014, but their 2013 Dallas program was first half only (starting May 20 for 6 weeks).
