Due to the layoffs they experienced last month, I chose to remove Weil from my bidlist. But that was just a personal preference.

Why did you choose the particular offices that you did?

FWIW, Covington in DC has one of the better transactional/corporate offices in DC. Not sure if you bid them low b/c of the higher %, but I'd bump them up if you're looking for corporate+DC.

Why are you spending a high bid on Milbank when it's tougher to get an interview with Schulte or Simpson Thacher (all NYC)?

Also, did Davis Polk really interview 96% of those who bid? You sure that's right? Thanks.

OK, good point on Milbank. Yah, you could use some safer picks in NYC, even with being in the top 10%, but that would mean cutting your DC picks so you probably won't want to. Good luck.

Your list is fine friend.

Every tweak to your bidlist shouldn't require some random anonymous TLS user's blessing.

You won't get approvals every step of the way in the real world.

Best of luck.
