Seems like most of those have a less condensed CB/offer schedule. I'm waiting for CBs at a bunch of the firms you're describing, in the V30-V60 range, because they didn't have anything before September. I'm guessing that's because NYU has such a comparatively late OCI.
There are also class size issues - there aren't all that many firms in NY with triple digit class sizes, and there will probably be more movement earlier with them, and it will affect more people.

I got one end of last week (Kramer Levin) - so, I wouldn't be super confident, but I also don't think the season is over.

Lots of non-NYC firms still very much in process of evaluating. Just a different pace outside of NYC And tougher because of smaller class sizes.
