Seriously though has anyone received a CB or know of anyone who has received a CB from McDermott Will & Emery? (Preferably UVA students only)

Looking for some support here:

3.4x, WE, bid mostly southeastern (with a few NY/DC), maxed screeners, have zero callbacks; I've gotten 7 dings so far. KD/OCS said I was good in my mock interviews, and I did about five of them.


I'm currently mass mailing and applying for most everything on Symplicity. Is there anybody else in the same boat?

I did a skadden NY CB last tuesday, got the ding letter today.

3.6x, maxed screeners, 2 cbs so far from ogis.

Massmailing, etc.

this is silly.

Sorry. I'm 3.6x too - where were you bidding. There must be something you're doing wrong. I'm the worst interviewer this side of the Mississippi, and I got 6.

I am in a similar situation, but just got 3 CBs in the last week or so. I would just keep doing what you are doing, but have some hope.

DC, NY, some secondaries. My barrier is that my resume currently screams public interest/academics- I didn't overshoot my bids, as the two I heard from were two of the most difficult for me to get.
