OCI Process in Minneapolis--GPA/Rank Cutoffs?

Hi everyone,
For anyone who participated in OCI process this past fall, do big firms have hard-cutoffs for OCI? Or, is that heavily determinant on the law school?
For example, do they say that they'll only consider someone above a 3.50, or only consider in the top quartile or top 1/3?

What school are you from. Firms are familiar enough with the locals that theyll have rough guidelines for both cutoffs.

If your school ranks students, you need to be top 20% or higher to e competitive. If your school doesn't rank, it depends on the school. For example, Yale and Notre Dame would have dramatically different cut offs.

I go to the University of Minnesota Law School. From my knowledge, the school doesn't rank students with hard numbers, unless you're applying for federal clerkships. Instead, the school releases quartiles.
Based on last year's curve, having a 3.63 GPA or above puts on in the top quartile. The school hasn't released this year's curve yet for 1Ls.
