Personal Statement for Diversity Scholarships

Postby Anonymous User » Sat Jan 19, 2013 5:09 pm

Hi! Quick question: Should the personal statement tell a story similar to a diversity statement in law school applications, or is it more like a less structured cover letter?

Thanks!!

Cover letter probably describe the diversity statement better, because you are still trying to persuade the employer that your uniqueness will contribute to the firm and diversity at the firm. (i.e. make your unique attributes as meaningful to a business as possible)
