In-House Counsel

Postby Anonymous User » Mon Dec 31, 2012 2:29 pm

Hey, I'm a current 1L and I was just curious what the normal process is for people who work as in-house/general counsel for a large company. Do those people who work in house usually receive the job straight out of LS or do they work BigLaw a few years and then move to doing in-house?
(This is assuming a large Fortune 500 company for in-house)
