UCONN Grad - How are the hours at Day Pitney / W&D / Ship Good compared to NYC biglaw / other secondary markets?

Thanks! Is the culture that much different or is still the same, grind (billable requirements can be deceiving)

Day Pitney is a sweatshop. While the hours/sense-of-competition there is not quite as bad as NYC big law, it does rival the secondary markets.

S&G is much more humane. Can't speak meaningfully of W&D because I haven't had conversations w/someone who has personal knowledge.
